MIAMI — Rivero Mestre has been honored with Chevron Law Function’s Law Firm Diversity Recognition Award. The award recognizes Chevron’s law firm partners that have distinguished themselves by demonstrating their commitment to diversity.

Chevron hosted two events at their headquarters on Aug. 7 to commemorate the award recipients. They will also donate $5,000 to a non-profit legal organization of Rivero Mestre’s choice.

The award program started in 2005. Previous winners include Gibson Dunn, Steptoe and Johnson, Pillsbury Madison, and King & Spalding.

Rivero Mestre is one of a small number of minority-owned law firms in the United States that practices complex commercial litigation, including international litigation and arbitration, at the highest levels. Seventy-five percent of its lawyers and its entire support staff come from a variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds.
