MIAMI — Jorge A. Mestre has been appointed to serve on the ABA International Law Section’s International Arbitration and Latin America and Caribbean Committees.
The International Arbitration Committee promotes and improves international arbitration for resolving cross-border commercial and treaty disputes through programs, publications, policy, and dialogue. The Latin America and Caribbean Committee studies legal trends, addresses economic integration, and focuses on issues impacting lawyers, judges, regulators, and legislators, serving as a platform for member collaboration.
Jorge A. Mestre engages exclusively in commercial litigation practice and is Board Certified in International Litigation and Arbitration by The Florida Bar. He has litigated domestic and international arbitration matters in both English and Spanish.
