MIAMI – Jorge A. Mestre spoke at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s 11th Annual CLE Expo.

He and his panel—entitled “Decidedly Supreme: U.S. Supreme Court Decisions that Warrant Further Review”—discussed recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions relating to the Federal Arbitration Act that will have significant impact on global companies.

Mestre’s practice is focused exclusively on commercial litigation, including international arbitration and litigation.  Mestre is also an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law, where he teaches international arbitration.
