MIAMI—Andres Rivero and Bryan Paschal recently spoke at the St. Thomas University School of Law FBA Student Division virtual boardroom luncheon. Rivero and Paschal shared their experiences about the legal profession and their careers.

“It was a great honor and opportunity to speak to my law school alumni,” said Paschal. “The law school helped me tremendously in becoming the lawyer who I am today, and it’s always a privilege speaking to law students about their legal careers.”

Rivero’s practice focuses exclusively on complex commercial litigation, including international arbitration and litigation. A former federal prosecutor, Rivero is a skilled trial lawyer with more than 32 years of experience in representing corporations and entrepreneurs in cross-border disputes, antitrust and securities claims, and partnership and shareholder controversies.

Paschal is an experienced commercial litigator who represents foreign and domestic clients across industries. He is an excellent writer with an analytical mind that allows him to come up with creative legal strategies and solutions to complex problems. He understands his clients come to him when the stakes are highly, and aggressively defends claims brought against them or pursues claims on their behalf.
