MIAMI — Jorge A. Mestre participated in a breakout session during the sixth LCLD Annual Meeting in Chicago on Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Mestre participated in a session with Timothy Baer (Chief Legal Officer at Target Corporation), Laura Stein (SVP and General Counsel at The Clorox Company) and Les Bookoff (Partner at Bookoff McAndrews, PLLC).

The session provided Fellows insight and guidance from General Counsel and Managing Partners on qualities necessary for the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. The Annual Meeting drew in approximately 175 Fellows to Chicago representing: 54 Corporate Members and 126 Law Firm Members.

Mestre’s practice is focused exclusively on commercial litigation, including international arbitration and litigation. He has litigated domestic and international arbitration matters in both English and Spanish.
