NEW YORK — Michael A. Fernandez will participate in the ICC’s New York Conference Arbitration Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (YAAF) debate titled “Jurisdiction: Should the model law be amended?” at Reed Smith LLP (599 Lexington Ave, New York) on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. EDT.

The conference will include ICC YAAF Representatives for an evening of debates regarding arbitrability and arbitrator appointments.
