MIAMI – Andrés Rivero was a guest lecturer on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act at the University of Miami School of Business Administration, Business Law Department. He lectured at the Business Law Department’s class on International Business Law. The course is designed to acquaint business students with the general framework of the international legal system, the manager’s role in it, and the specific institutions and practices that affect international business.
