Briana Josephs is a commercial litigator who represents individuals and businesses in complex cases.

Briana earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. While in law school, Briana served as a student clinician for the Immigration Clinic, advocating for clients in matters relating to naturalization and status adjustment. Briana gained experience as a law clerk at an international business immigration firm. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert A. Mark of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Before law school, Briana received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of San Diego, Knauss School of Business.
