Anisley Negrin Ruiz is a commercial litigator who represents individuals and businesses in complex cases.

Prior to joining Rivero Mestre, Anisley worked as a legal assistant at a Miami-based intellectual property firm, where she assisted in drafting legal advice and conducted trademark availability searches in support of IP protection strategies.

Anisley earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she interned at the Startup Clinic, where she focused on trademark clearance, contract drafting, and legal strategy. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Trademark Law and Advanced Trademark.

Before law school, Anisley served as a professor of intellectual property law in Cuba for nearly a decade. Her work focused on helping students gain a strong understanding of IP law within the civil law system and preparing them for legal careers. She is fluent in Spanish.
