Joseph Donato is a commercial litigator who represents multinational companies in complex and cross-border disputes. Prior to joining Rivero Mestre, Joseph was an associate at a prominent Florida law firm.

Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, he interned at the Miami Dade County State Attorney’s Office.

Before law school, Joseph attended Florida International University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in English.

Prior to his legal career, Joseph served as an Emergency Medical Responder with the Miami Dade County Fire Department for several years and performed emergency medical rescues as part of the Special Operations Division. Excellent under pressure, Joseph is skilled at resolving disputes on behalf of his clients.
