Daniela M. Acosta focuses her practice on commercial litigation, international litigation, and arbitration. Prior to joining Rivero Mestre as an associate, she served as a law clerk at the firm.
Daniela earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she served as President of the Cuban American Bar Association and as a Student Leader for the Veterans Advocacy Pro Bono Project. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Florida Civil Procedure and International Sales. She also participated in the International Moot Court Program, representing the University of Miami in Moot Madrid and the ICC Mediation competition in Paris.
Daniela is fluent in Spanish.
