
Erimar von der Osten is an experienced commercial litigator with a focus on representing clients in business disputes in federal, state, and arbitration forums.
Erimar earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law and served as a research assistant for Law Professor, Ricardo J. Bascuas. During law school, Erimar interned for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida and worked as a certified legal intern for the Miami-Dade’s Public Defenders Office.
Before law school, Erimar attended Florida International University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Erimar is fluent in Spanish.
