MIAMI— Rivero Mestre is proud to announce that Neha Dagley and Josh Rosner, Marketing Director, co-authored the Best Practices for Digital Marketing article in The Florida Bar International Law Section, International Law Quarterly 2021 Winter Edition, Vol. XXXVII, no. 1. Neha also published two column articles for the India World Roundup section: (1) Supreme Court of India stays US $562.5 million ICC arbitral award against Indian state-owned satellite company Antrix that was confirmed by a U.S. district court and (2) Vodafone prevails in arbitration commenced under India-Netherlands Bilateral Investment Treaty.

MIAMI— Rivero Mestre is pleased to announce that Neha Dagley co-edited The Florida Bar International Law Section publication, International Law Quarterly, Vol. XXXVI, no. 3 (World Roundup and Section Scene). She also published three short articles, China’s new National Security Law overshadows freedoms for Hong Kong, Supreme Court of India enforces foreign arbitral award under a two-tier arbitration clause, and India bans use of Chinese apps featured under the World Roundup section for Asia and India.

For the last fifteen years, Dagley has represented a wide array of entrepreneurs and corporations in commercial litigation and arbitration matters. She currently serves as chair of the India Subcommittee of The Florida Bar’s International Law Section Asia Committee and is a member of the International Law Section Executive Council.
