Ivette Delgado received her B.A. in public policy and Hispanic studies from Brown University. She attended Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated fourth in her class in 2014, earning the magna cum laude distinction. Throughout her time in law school, she was the FIU Law Review Executive Comments Editor, a member of the Board of Advocates, and a member of the 21st Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team. She was also a research assistant for Professor Joelle A. Moreno and was previously a legal intern at the FIU Family and Education Law Clinic. In 2013, Delgado completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke, District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Prior to joining Rivero Mestre, she was an academic clerk at Astigarraga Davis Mullens & Grossman, P.A. Delgado is fluent in Spanish.
