Claudia Colom obtained a Master of Laws degree in U.S. and Transnational Law from the University of Miami in 2010, where she focused on international law subjects. She is admitted to the New York Bar.
Before receiving her LL.M., she worked as a legal intern in an international, full-service law firm in Spain, where she was admitted to practice law in 2008.
In 2002, Colom graduated from the University of Havana School of Law. In Cuba, where she was born and raised, she practiced as in-house counsel for an international corporation.
Colom is fluent in Spanish.
