MIAMI — Jorge A. Mestre spoke about cross-border litigation on November 8, 2013, at the Cuban American Bar Association’s 2013 Legal Aspects of Doing Business in the Americas Conference on the panel entitled “Business Disputes Know no Boundaries: Emerging Trends and Important Things to Consider in Litigation that Spans Across Borders.”

CABA is a non-profit voluntary bar association founded in 1974 by lawyers of Cuban descent.
