MIAMI—Bryan L. Paschal participated in the Trial Practice Area Committee presentation at the NAMWOLF Business Meeting in New Orleans on Feb. 21. The CLE: “Challenging Experts? Tactics for Mastering Expert Examinations” demonstrated trial-tested techniques for conducting an effective examination of a challenging expert.
