MIAMI—Jorge A. Mestre spoke on a panel entitled “Litigation Experiences in the Unregulated Crypto Space” at the 2018 Cryptocurrencies and Regulation Forum in Mexico City during the Legalink Members’ General Meeting. Organized by Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, the panel discussed the issues that arise in cryptocurrency litigation where jurisprudence and legal guidelines are minimal or still do not exist.
