MIAMI—Jorge A. Mestre will speak on a panel entitled “Litigation Experiences in the Unregulated Crypto Space” during the 2018 Cryptocurrencies and Regulation Forum in Mexico City on November 7th. Organized by Legalink and Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, the panel will discuss the issues that arise in cryptocurrency litigation where jurisprudence and legal guidelines are minimal or still do not exist.
