Washington D.C.— Rivero Mestre attorney M. Paula Aguila moderated the LCLD Fellows Regional Roundtable “Being an Exceptional Leader: What It Takes to Build an Outstanding Team” in March 2016.

The panelists included Maryanne Lavan, General Counsel of Lockheed Martin, Susan Dunnings, Associate General Counsel Employment & Labor Law, and Jeff Divney, Associate General Counsel of EESH, IP, and technology law. Ms. Lavan and her colleagues shared their experience with a group of fellows, and discussed reaching a work-life balance as well as diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Aguila’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including international litigation and arbitration, and white collar criminal defense. She defends and prosecutes substantial business disputes before the Courts of the United States and the State of Florida, as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
